Mass of flywheel for dynamometer.

We are constructing a dynamometer (inertial) and we are trying to work out the mass of the flywheel required.

Engine HP: 1.3HP

We are using a gear ratio of 1:20 (engine connected to rear wheel)

Rear wheel radius: 30cm

Average engine rpm: 6000rpm (max 7000)

Can someone help?
