Does a master's degree in production/manufacturing engineering cover the design of press tools and plastic molding in its curriculum? Also, which unis have such a course (country is not a barrier)?

Greetings! I have completed my bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering and am interested in master's course in manufacturing/production engineering which will teach me tool engineering.
