How do I determine the bending stress in a beam with a rhomboidal cross section?

The beam is cantilever, and there are two cases.

The first, the load acts on a vertex of the rhomboid. That's quite simple to compute.

In the second, the load acts along an edge. How do I compute the bending stress and deflection then?
