Hub or lug centric wheel question: building a rover.

Hey everyone.

Im working on a project to build a mining rover, and I'm trying to determine what the best way to deal with the wheels is. I know that hub and lug centric are the two things I need to consider.

Another is - can I put the hub on the inside of the wheel or does it need to be on the outside?
