Hi, I'm a student as mechanical engineering. I have the term paper for this term for introduction of mechanical engineering. And I have a few question for employer, manager, HR worker which employ mechanical engineering. I want to learn ideas from different country.
1- What is your expectation from a mechanical engineers which are going to work for your company in the future ?
