Resources to learn how to sketch design ideas better

Often in my engineering projects, I struggle to put my ideas down on paper and show others and make them understand what I’m thinking of. Drawing just one orientation means it’s also difficult to develop design sketches. The speed of CAD is much slower and is not good when you just want to note down all the ideas that are flowing and I know sketching is the solution.

Anyone have any online resources/courses or books that they recommend, so that mechanical engineers can get better at sketching designs. Not just general books that teach you how to draw nice figures, but something that teaches how to include more mechanical detail in sketches like bearings, gears, fasteners. I’m not looking for engineering drawings with dimensions if you thought that’s what I meant.
