Hello everyone,
Have you felt overwhelmed by all the tasks you have to do? You probably feel that the to-do list is too long, you feel under pressure, the only solution seems to stay longer at the office/project. Overwhelm makes you feel a little stressed and this affects your productivity.
You ended up really tired, working extra hours and your sleep could be also affected, you don’t sleep well on a regular basis. Being in that situation is a nightmare (I’ve been there myself). However, it could be managed, there’s a solution.
