A Design mistake I made

Hi there, I made a stupid mistake in my design that I want to know how to foresee it in the future and what I missed here

The problem is that there's a plate I wanted to fix it in place so it can go up/down on the Ballscrew, so I used Aluminium sheet metal of thin gauge (three parts welded together and normal to each other) to make a triangular bracket along my plate. I made it that way to reduce the overall weight of the structure.

I did static analysis on the triangular bracket and it was fine in terms of deflection. (it was like a simple analysis, downards force on the bracket, just like that)

But when the design was fabricated,we found out that it is flexed very very easily with almost no force at all., as you see in this Video : Click here to see the problem

This was a mistake, I couldn't see it when I was designing it, it's really a simple mistake but I went blindly with my FEA simulation results.
