Looking for a telescoping, air bladder that can reliably expand vertically but be restrained horizontally

Howdy all! I have been searching for a few hours now to locate a part that my boss swears he has seen before. The part is a telescoping air bladder that can be used to lift a small load (under 3lbs). I've come across numerous 2 stage telescoping pneumatic cylinders and plenty of air bladder bellows for lifting cars, but nothing for a relatively small scale. In addition, this air bladder has to be able to expand from about 7x it's resting/retracted size. The closest I have found is this telescoping pneumatic cylinder from ERGO-Help Pneumatics which can retract much shorter than most 2 stage pneumatic cylinders.
