I’m interested in problem solving and skills to be gained through being a mechanical engineer, but I don’t have much hands-on experience with cars and in general. I do watch some automotive/engineering youtube channels but that’s it.
Would that be reason for me not to study this in university? I’m interested because of how general it can be, but I’ve never had the resources around me to do much. No school classes/programs or a garage, people to show, help.
