Experimental technique (?) to measure response of a rotating rotor (i.e. dynamic response)

Hello Does anyone here know of any technique/experimental setup by which dynamic response of a rotor can be measured?

For static response , impact hammer test is what i am using. Setup has a bed , hammer , accelerometers etc.

Name any method or equipement i can utilize for determinig dynamic response
