Turbomachinery Reference Help! Balje

Cross posting for hopefully more response!

I am hoping someone has a copy of Balje, 1981, Turbomachinery, A guide to design selection and theory.

I have a reference that lists page 151, and I can't find any other ways to easily get the information.
