Hi all,
I recently changed jobs, and I am using AutoCAD Mechanical 2018 in my new job. I've never used it before, so I was digging around for a comprehensive tutorial program, but have not really found one, even from the manufacturer.
When I learned ProE I went through a very comprehensive tutorial program from PTC that included files you downloaded to work through designing out a small engine. It was a very good building-block approach, and took about two weeks to get though while working standard eight hour days. It left me very well prepared to start modeling.
Does anybody know of something similar either by Autodesk or somebody else for AutoCAD Mechanical 2018. I can do basic drawing easy enough, but it's the deeper settings and formatting options that are driving me nuts using the "jump in, figure it out on the job, and Google stuff I can't immediately figure out" method I'm using now. The best I've found from Autodesk is their "Hitchhikers Guide," which leaves a lot to be desired.
Thanks in advance for any help.
