Is there a mathematical method that allows you to combine two graphs?

As an example, say I have one graph that relates to pressure change in relation to temperature change, and another that compares pressure change in relation to force applied. Could I join these graphs to show pressure results for all combinations of force applied and temperature without running experiments for all combinations.
