Anything I can do as a last effort to increase my technical experience/ make me look more appealing to employers?

I graduate in December with my BS in Mechanical Engineering. My internships gave me office experience, but I lack technical experience. What is something I can do in my last semester to make me look more appealing to employers before I graduate? I am at a school of 50k+ students, just for a reference, there are a lot of clubs, etc.
