Difference between Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering and Bachelor in Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Automation.

I really need to know if there's any difference between these two Major.

I want apply in a Chinese University.

I am looking for Mechanical Engineering degree but i checked their website and it says they have the program named Mechanical Design, Manufacturing and Their Automation.

Please, if anyone here knows the difference comment below.
