Interviewing tips

I've been following this page for a while but this is my first time posting. I graduated last year with a ME degree and currently working, however I'm starting to get really bored in what I'm doing and I feel like even though my job title says "engineer" I don't think i'm actually doing much ME work. I've never been the best at interviews and selling myself, so I was wondering if people had some tips on

1) how you prepare for interviews

2) how you sell yourself and kind of boost what you did during previous job positions

3) how to prepare for any technical engineering questions even if you haven't done much of it outside of classes.

any help is appreciated. Thanks.
