Good day everyone, I'm a freshman in university thinking on what major I should choose. Currently, i'm debating between "Heating Ventilation and Air Conditioning or HVAC" or "Mechatronics". A friend of mine suggested that I take the "HVAC" as my major and take mechatronics on vocational course to broaden my area of expertise. While others say that mechatronics is a growing industry and there are many job opportunities out there. I'm hoping to get feedback from those who chose these majors.
What do you guys suggest? Which major will give me more options in the future? Is mechatronics a growing industry and is it worth pursuing? Or does it even matter at all whatever major i choose?
Thanks guys
