Alternative career paths for ME fresh grad?

I recently graduated, and in my schooling I basically learned that there is only one subset of ME get sort of enjoyment from (FEA and CFD). The issue is entry-level jobs in that field are almost non-existant, and I'd rather keep working in a restaurant for min wage than be a CAD monkey which is essentially every entry-level position. I have had 5 interviews so far, and only one job wasn't 90% CAD in a windowless Toronto Business park building (project manager).

I have 4 years customer service experience, more than most fresh ME grads I would think. I would like to use that combined w/ my technical knowledge if possible. Do these kinds of jobs exist in the entry-level? I looked into sales engineering but haven't had any luck with interviews.

Barring that, are there any good non-engineering jobs where my degree would be worth anything to an employer? I'm open to anything, finance, IT, physical jobs, sales, programming ect. I have no idea where my degree places me on the totem pole in these fields however and don't know where to start.

Thanks
