Post graduate training

Ive been working as a mech engineer in municipal water/wastewater for a few years, doing basic piping system designs. The problem I’ve been having is that I don’t have many resources and rely heavily on sales people and consultants for anything that’s not very basic. There is room in my employers budget to fund training, but I need to figure out what training would be appropriate. I am interested things like designing pipe support systems, designing HVAC systems, compressible gas flow/headless calculations, or just system design specific to water/wastewater treatment plants. I’m not sure how to go about this. Can anyone point me in the right direction or recommend any training companies or resources that would be useful?

Thanks in advance!
