Hello, I'm in the middle of attempting to design design a relatively low cost 3 axis cnc mill capable of milling stainless steel. The work area would be about 300x300x300 mm. My goal is to get it's milling accuracy down to <10um. Now my question is, are ballscrew leads going to give me a advantage proportional to their cost when compared to trapezoidal ones(with self tensioning). Thank you in advance.
