Hey guys I’m a stress engineer at a defense contractor with an aero undergrad. There is a lack of work but I’ve only been here 3 months. So I assume it looks bad to be leaving a place so soon or to explain a 3 month gap in my resume. Do I just have to wait until I hit a year to leave? Also if I get a mech masters am I able to get a job in the oil and gas industry?
