I’m a mechanical engineering major going into grad school next semester. I’ve been thinking of what I want to do in engineering lately, and while I’ve thought I want to do aerospace field related work most of my life I was thinking I would also be interested in combining mechanical engineering with a life science (I’m not talking about biomech). Something I was thinking would be cool is utilizing mechanics of solids with earth sciences or something along those lines. Is there any career path that would be recommended for someone who wants to do work in this regard? Thanks
