FEA effects of Poissons Ratio question

Hey everyone. I was working on a FEA project probing the idea of the effects of poisons ratio on the equivilant youngs modulus. One question we were asked to consider was the effects of changing the poissons ratio of aluminum from 0.33 to 0.499 without changing the youngs modulus, and what effects this would have on the equivilant youngs modulus.

Obviously increasing poissons ratio increasing the youngs modulus value, however, this seems almost negligible on the equivilant value. Why is this?

Also I think this question becomes even more negligible when running a linear simulation. Why would we see a difference between the linear and quadratic?
