mech vs electrical

was wondering how similar mechanical and electrical are , is it possible for a person with a bachelors in electrical engineering to pursue his masters in a mech related field such as aerospace similarly if a person with a bachelors in electrical wanted to get a bachelors in mechanical would it be feasible/possible
