Suggestions on the type of report to be prepared?

I completed Bachelors in Mechanical engg in 2018 from India. Currently I am enrolled in a training/internship/apprenticeship (differently understood everywhere) program for 6 months in the quality department of an automotive assembly plant. I plan to apply for Masters in Germany/USA in the following year. So how should I present/document my learning & work from this company. I will get a certificate and LOR from the hod but do I need to make a thesis report? (If yes, then of how many pages, say less than 30 or more)
