What program(s) do car companies use to design their 3D models and run digital tests and stuff?

Basically title. I was reading another post about various modeling software and was wondering what major companies such as Ford use as well as more refined companies such as Pagani might use to render 3D models.

EDIT: By programs I mean AutoCAD, Solidworks, ANSYS, etc.
