How to find flow rate in piping system without water velocity..?

I want to find water discharge in my plant ( flow metre is damaged ) and I don't have any instruments in my plant to check velocity. Can anyone help me to figure out how to find flow rate in a pipe if pressure and pipe dimensions are only given.
