I am interning at a factory that manufacturess heavy machinery. On the first day my supervisor gave me a tour of the factory and explained some things than left me to my own devices but I didn't know what the hell I was supposed to do. I managed to come up with some questions related to the manufacturing process to ask to the workers but it's been a few days and now I run out of them too so I just keep walking around like a tourist and avoiding eye contact. I asked if I can help but they aren't giving me any work. I still have a lot of time left here and I don't know how I am going to spend it. Workers have also started to catch up to it and are telling me that I can ask them anything but like I said I really don't have any. It also doesn't help that I have no social skills. I feel like a joke and getting really stressed.
