Let's talk about the pay in our field in different countries

I only completed my undergrad this year and I've luckily managed to land a job in a top automotive parts manufacturing company as a design and simulation engineer. tbh, I'm very happy with everything except the pay. I would like to know if anyone else has faced such a situation. Will I get paid well down the line or is this not a very well paying job? Do I have to get a masters degree soon?

Edit: This is in India. I'd love to know the situation in other countries
