I apologize if the formatting is weird, because I'm on mobile and this is my first time posting.
Let's say tank 1 has a volume of 500 cubic feet, has a gauge pressure of 150 psig, and the gas temperature is 100 degrees Fahrenheit.
I want the new tank to have a volume of 400 cubic feet, but still hold the same amount of gas as tank 1. Of course, the new tank is going to have a higher pressure and the gas temperature is going to be increased as well, but those two values are unknown.
How would I go about finding both of those values? I haven't come across a scenario where there are two unknowns in this instance.
I appreciate any and all help anyone can provide!
