[Question] I'm thoroughly confused by the availability of free magazines subscription. Link in text.

Hey guys, long time lurker here but I guess this shall be my first post in this sub. I recently come across a website that provides subscription to engineering/offshore magazines and safe to say I'm a bit dumbfounded as most of the subscriptions are free of charge, that I'm suspiciously wondering (paranoid me) whether there's any catch behind it. Wondering if anyone's able to shed some lights please? Is this legit? Is it really free of charge?

I don't want to end up enjoying a year of free magazines just to be heavily billed at the end of it, without being informed beforehand.
