Top Companies for a Mechanical Design Engineer?

I'm looking for a job as a mechanical design engineer in product development and I was wondering what the top companies for this area are? I'm from Minnesota so the main design engineering companies here are Caterpillar, Polaris, and Nilfisk but I was wondering what are some other companies that specialize this field?
