Bearing router race key way?

I’m working on a project that I’m a bit stuck on finding a product to fit the need. I need to use a bearing to support a shaft where the bearing is press-fit to the shaft on the inner race. For the outer race, it needs to allow for axial move during the machine’s initial run for the motor to find magnetic center but to not spin the outer race radially. My first though is to have a keyed outer race but that doesn’t seem like an off the shelf product. Any other ideas or suppliers out there I’m missing?
