Thinking about coming over to ME from Computer Engineering

I’m not really fond of circuits and electric stuff like I thought I would be. I’m finding myself more interested in the overall design and/or business related prospects of engineering. I don’t want to cut myself off from programming since it’s basically found its way into every industry, but I’m also worried about the change due to the computer world growing so much and the salary prospects. Would a ME major with either a CS or SWE minor be a good combination to help boost higher paid job prospects? What about getting an MBA after my bachelors from a better school? I think eventually I would want to go into the managerial parts of an engineering company to try and build myself up. I’m super lost in college right now, I know I want to do engineering, I just can’t really settle
