Transfer Function for Worktable control system... using Arduino uno... equation for Arduino uno

i want to write the transfer function for worktable control system.. i have got the transfer function of dc motor... i just need to use a controller so i am using Arduino to control..just need equation for Arduino board.. so i can multiply the gain to my transfer function to get the required output...cant go to details here so plz..
