What are some CAD projects to work on in my free time?

I am looking to produce a few SolidWorks assemblies in my free time and am having a hard time finding resources with dimensioned drawings to use as reference.

Here are some projects I have worked on to give an idea of what I am looking for:

Machine vice, wobbler engine, milling machine, crane hook, gearbox
