How to treat and remove a steel set screw from an aluminium extrusion.

Hi all, I hope this is the right place to post this sort of question.

As the title suggests, I have an extruded aluminium bracket from an awning that uses set screws to secure the blind to the bracket.

The set screws are stuck in the bracket and I need to remove them. I've tried WD-40 and that hasn't really helped. Does anybody have any suggestions on how I can break the corrosion and remove the set screws from the bracket? I'd prefer not to use heat or drill the set screws out if I can avoid it.
