I am struggling in my Pneumatic Circuits class at college. Any advice how to understand its logic?

Currently I’m doing coursework in Pneumatic Circuits but I’m having a tough time learning how logic works. Therefore I was wondering whether there are some useful textbooks to crack my class. Or any helpful materials. Thanks
