What is the difference between "HVAC and Refrigeration" and "Thermal and Fluid Systems" PE licenses?

Title says it all. Just started in my career at an tier 2 automotive supplier plant and I'm wanting to career jump into more thermo/fluid based careers in the near future. Planning my end goals and want to know the more gritty differences between the two types of license.
