Which program to use to draw plant schematics?

Hey!

We have a test bench here which includes some serious tubing, a compressor and so on...

Which is the best program to draw the plant schematics? Microsoft Visio?

I am also thinking of using this data in a simulation software as IPSEpro or the EES equation solver.
