Overthinking a heat transfer problem?

Hi all,

I have a seemingly simple heat transfer problem..

If I have a device in a box, and I know device and box geometry (mm2), the box material, the device heat dissipation (W), and its surrounded by ambient air at room temperature (C)...

1) How do I calculate the steady state surface temperature of that box? 2) How do I calculate the heat transfer rates at the internal wall and external wall?

I'm assuming this is a mix of free convection and radiation, but it's been a while.
