The mask shortage is threatening the lives of healthcare workers and could impact our ability to survive as a society.
Protecting healthcare workers and family members of loved ones affected by COVID19.
N95 masks filter out 95% of airborne particles but are limited because they last only a few hours and are not reusable. Healthcare workers are being forced to wear them for 12 hour shifts or longer or wear surgical masks which offer no protection.
We need to assemble a working group of people who want to make a difference.
Help me design a reusable mask that can be made with readily available household products and is as effective as an N95 mask. Let’s help combat the shortage.
