Need help with Fan Curve

I have a fan curve for a fan running at 100%, currently the fan is running between 90-95%.

The fan feeds a plenum which has 2 output, one measured and one not measured. I want to use the fan curve to determine the unmeasured flow.

I have the pressure in the plenum measured, I can it use to try and back calculate the pressure exiting the fan to determine the DP across the fan.

if I have the pressure across the fan, how do I calculate the flow using the fan curve? can I use the one at 100% and then use fan law 1 to calculate my flow?
