[Question] Is this experience counted?

I have worked for about 1.5 years with an academic member (Associate Professor) in my faculty during my BSc studies, and we have published our scientific paper in control theory and fuzzy logic field, is this considered as an experience (especially in jobs and CVs) or not because it was before the graduation?
