The title pretty much says it all. I received a job offer (well, internship offer) back in January. I signed it the following day. Today I went on the job portal website and the status of my application went from “verbal offer accepted” to “shortlisted”. Is this just COVID related or am I competing for the position all over again?? They haven’t sent the drug test or background check yet, but they said that’s been slowed down due to COVID, could that be the reason?
